ROBERT D TREADWELL III
SENIOR PASTOR -ROLC
Robert Treadwell III is now presiding pastor of River of Life Church on the eastside of Indianapolis. Preaching and Teaching sound doctrine and making disciples is the focus of his ministry.

Robert was called into kingdom service in March 1993, serving as Youth Pastor (1993-1997). He was later ordained into pastoral ministry in 1996 by Charles Simmons of Berean Bible Church of Indianapolis, IN. He was then commissioned to co-pastor a new church plant, Triumph Community Church, in November 1997; followed by the planning of River of Life Church in 1999. After planting River of Life Church (ROLC) through the service of home-based bible studies. There was a merging of two churches, ROLC and Eastside Community Church, pastored by Gary Blevins, in 2001. Succeeded by incorporation in January 2002.

Preparation for the ministry of Pastor Robert includes over 30 years of marriage and family training. Thirty years of self-devoted and continuous study of scriptures and Christian principles. He also received theology and ministry training at Crossroads Bible College of Indianapolis, IN. He continues pastoral training and mentoring from Pastor Guy Lipkins of Fountain of Life Bible Church and spiritual training from ongoing personal studies and an ever-growing personal relationship with his Lord and God.

As Robert experienced tremendous help through mentorship, he has been involved with various educational institutions and personal relationships to provide the same support he received through the different connections he enjoyed. Now, he challenges others to mentor in the church and their communities and makes this a part of ROLC’s church model.

Most significantly, Pastor Treadwell also continues his commitment to his wife Darlene and four children Jonathon, India, Isaiah, and Isha. He is also grateful to pour into all 6 of his grandchildren.

ISAIAH TREADWELL
ASSISTANT PASTOR -ROLC
Isaiah Treadwell, known to many as Pastor Zeek, was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He grew up at River of Life Church, where his father, Pastor Robert Treadwell, pioneered the ministry.
From an early age, Isaiah demonstrated a heart for service and a passion for excellence in ministry.His journey began as a child, helping with setup and teardown for church services. At just seven years old, Isaiah stepped into the role of audio engineer, and over time, his technical skills and creativity led him to become Media Director, overseeing the design and implementation of the church’s audio-visual systems.
In 2023, Isaiah received a clear calling from God to serve as a shepherd. After a season of prayer and preparation, he answered that call in 2025, stepping into his role as Assistant Pastor of River of Life Church of Indianapolis. Today, Pastor Zeek serves with a deep commitment to discipleship, leadership development, and advancing the Kingdom of God through innovative ministry and heartfelt preaching.
Isaiah is blessed to share life and ministry with his wife, Aundria Treadwell, whom he married in 2021. Together, they are the proud parents of two beautiful children. Pastor Zeek’s greatest joy is seeing lives transformed by the power of Jesus Christ and equipping believers to walk boldly in their faith.
